We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Developer (ManageEngine) to work on our ITSM Business Unit, developing and deploying business applications, mainly ManageEngine solutions.

ManageEngine Developer is Responsible for Implementation and customization of business applications on Enterprise Service Management, Unified Endpoint Management, IT Operation Management, Security Information and Event Management, Identity and Access Management, Analytics, and others as needed.

Should act as technical consultant for all customer experience portfolio specifically Enterprise Service Management, Unified Endpoint Management, IT Operation Management, Security Information and Event Management, Identity and Access Management, Analytics solutions: (SDP, MSP, UEMs, ITOM, IAM, SIEM, AP).

Direct or through a team; prepare the required technical documentation.

Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment specifically for ManageEngine solutions.

Build industry specific ServiceDesk solutions.

Expand ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus’s features by creating powerful extensions that integrate with third-party apps or enable intelligent workflows.

Create custom apps on Zoho Creator and streamline any business process.

Connect ManageEngine services with other applications using REST APIs.

Complete the configuration for user stories within ManageEngine using native features and/or customization.

Integrate with other solutions using product’s API or ready-made integration tools to meet customer’s requirements.

Design and develop custom solutions on ManageEngine platform to meet different business requirements based on market needs.

Focus on quality and test all changes in a sandbox prior to deployment to production.

Provide the required support/troubleshooting to end user and escalate application’s errors to vendor development team.

Deliver directly and indirectly product and service training and workshops to increase sales, marketing and service delivery awareness and understanding for the assigned portfolio. This may include onboarding for new team members that will engage in any of the mentioned functions.

Content Creation: Help define new technical and market content such as white papers, technical concept notes, product plans, competitive battle cards, product videos, blog posts, market analyses and any other material that enable/support our customers and other teams in Marketing, Sales and Services departments.

Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration equivalent.

Skills:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as - business applications developer or related position.

Experience working with Zoho CRM or ManageEngine and other ManageEngine solutions.

Detailed experience with Zoho CRM/ ManageEngine architecture & APIs.

Good understanding of Databases & Web development on cloud.

Good understanding of REST APIs, HTML & CSS.

Experience in ServiceDesk, UEMs, ITOM, IAM, SIEM & Analytics Plus is preferable.

Hands on Deployment experience.

Ability to plan data structures and present them effectively prior to implementation.

Experience in customization using Java, Deluge

Programming skills (Zoho's Deluge language experience is a plus)

Understanding of ITIL, ISO20000, IAM, SIEM and ITOM is a must.

Must be passionate about technology and creating great customer experiences.

Ability to influence and drive results in a complex technical and business environment, including ability to communicate and influence various internal stakeholders and across functions (such as ITIL, ISO, ITOM, SIEM and IAM).

Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
