Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the intersection of AI and software development, with a proven track record in growth marketing, SEO, and social media strategy. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Develop product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging that differentiates Marqo's products in the market.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Collaborate with the product management team to ensure alignment between product development and marketing strategies.

Create and execute go-to-market plans, working closely with all departments to execute.

Develop and manage product marketing content including case studies, product videos, website copy, and blog posts.

Train and support the sales team with up-to-date tools and marketing materials.

Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.

Host webinars and speak at conferences to increase product awareness and thought leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on developer or enterprise products.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful growth strategies in a tech or developer-focused environment.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Familiarity with the AI and software development landscape is highly desirable.

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
