Experience: Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields required; familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Education: High school diploma or GED
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Facilitate move-ins, lease renewals and leasing apartments
Generating and handling prospect traffic, qualifying prospects and prepare lease documentation
Complete move-in procedures, providing high quality resident service
Communicate residents needs to the maintenance team and appropriate office staff
Position Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Tax credit experience desired
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
Ability to build rapport with clients
