What your day will look like:

Assign specific tasks to maintenance personnel based on their skills and expertise.

Regularly monitor the progress of assigned tasks.

Conduct performance evaluations based on predefined criteria.

Develop training programs for new hires and existing employees.

Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize disruption to operations.

Identify required supplies based on maintenance schedules and equipment needs.

Develop strategies for proactive maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime.

Develop a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment.

Maintain accurate documentation for all equipment, including manuals, warranties, and service records.

Coordinate the integration, setup, and installation of new equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Implement measures to continuously improve the quality of maintenance operations.

What we are looking for:

Engineering Degree

1-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Machining experience on mill and lathe

Advanced industrial electricity knowledge

Mechanical aptitude and print reading skill
