Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Wholesale Plumbing Supply Sales Representative to join our highly successful team. This role is pivotal in engaging with clients through both inbound and outbound calls, consulting on a diverse range of plumbing products and services. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, motivated to surpass goals in a supportive and positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client interactions via phone, email, and text, handling tasks such as coding, order entry, and issue resolution, typical of an account manager or inside sales role.
Navigate the company's systems effectively, working on pricing strategies and profit margins, with a solid understanding of financial concepts such as multipliers.
Address customer inquiries, often deciphering vague or incomplete information to fulfill orders accurately.
Meet tight deadlines, managing a high volume of orders, particularly in the late afternoon, to ensure same-day shipping.
Qualifications:
Proven industry experience in sales or a related field.
Minimum of one year of direct sales experience.
Minimum of one year of experience in the plumbing industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft software like Word & Excel
