Incoming Quality Control Supervisor

WHO?

INCOG Biopharma Services is looking for an Incoming Quality Control Supervisor that has a passion for leading people and processes, who will be working closely with the Director of QC, QA, Supply Chain, and MSAT. The Incoming QC Supervisor will lead and oversee the Incoming QC testing activities at the newly FDA approved CDMO facility. WHAT?

Execute and maintain the INCOG material qualification program, developing and maintaining the material specifications for incoming QC materials.

Coordinate and execute material sampling activities, inclusive of physical sampling and testing, sampling for 3rd Party analysis and performing ERP transactions.

Participate in material planning and Ready to Execute meetings to provide updates on material sampling and material release. Coordinate and design sampling plans and author and issue certificates of analysis templates.

Lead laboratory investigations using troubleshooting tools to identify errors, and exercise rapid decision making to implement corrective actions during OOS/OOT and other non-conformance events.

YOU!

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a science field, along with:

Minimum of 5 years biopharma experience.

Including at least 2 years within a hands-on QC position.

First-hand experience participating in and/or hosting audits/inspections related to Quality Control. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
