The duty and responsibility of the Process Coordinator is to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email to ensure that all process coordinator duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Answers and directs phone calls
Organizes and schedules meetings and appointments
Data Entry
Maintains contact lists
Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develops and maintains a filing system
Orders and maintains breakroom and office supplies
Books travel arrangements
Submits and reconciles expense reports
Greets and provides general support to visitors
Organize office lunches
Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service.
Provide direct administrative, clerical or other support for providers, as necessary or requested
Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the organization.

We are a large and busy lab located in Silver Spring, MD and are seeking a full-time, motivated and proficient person to join our team. Our job's goal is to provide high-quality patient care and you will help us achieve that by entering accurate patient demographics into our database in a timely manner. This job is fast-paced and you must be self-motivated, while also having the ability to work as a team. This is a 3pm – 11pm shift so night owls rejoice!
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to process information and enter it with great accuracy, detail-oriented is a MUST
Fast typing skills (60+ wpm) are desirable, but fast learners will also be considered
Must be self-motivated, able to hold yourself accountable to complete your work
As we are responsible for hundreds of skin samples daily, we need a timely and reliable worker
Effective and strong communication skills needed
Strong problem-solving skills greatly admired and needed for day-to-day operations
Knowledge of dermatology/medical terms a plus
Basic understanding of legal and ethical issues concerning patient confidentiality
Ability to work scheduled shift of Monday through Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm, and occasional flexibility to help cover absences if needed. If you are not a night person, this is not the job for you. You will need to be attentive to your work until the very end of your shift.
