Senior .NET Lead / Manager

The salary is 150k to 180k

100% remote position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Lead / Manager with a proven track record in leadership, team management, and hands-on development. This role requires a deep understanding of the .NET framework, along with proficiency in Azure services including Azure API Manager, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will not only excel in technical tasks but also demonstrate strong leadership capabilities in guiding and mentoring a team of developers.

Responsibilities:

Hands-on Development: Lead by example through active participation in software development projects using the .NET framework, Azure services, and SQL Server.

Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.

Team Management: Manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Delegate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Hiring and Mentoring: Take a lead role in hiring new team members, including conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and advance in their careers.

Architecture and Design: Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to design scalable and efficient software solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.

Azure Integration: Utilize Azure services such as Azure API Manager, Azure Data Factory, and Logic Apps to design and implement robust and scalable cloud-based solutions.

Continuous Integration and Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of software releases.

Troubleshooting and Support: Act as a subject matter expert in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing guidance and support to the development team as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in software development using the .NET framework.

Proficiency in Azure services including Azure API Manager, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps.

Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in team management, hiring, and mentoring.

Experience with SQL Server and database design principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) is a plus.
