Akkodis is seeking a IAM Analyst/ Sr. Technology Services Analyst (Access Management) for a Contract position with a client located in St. Paul, MN

Pay Rate: $31/hr. -$32/hr.

Location: St. Paul, MN

IAM Analyst - Remote Administration Access Management Team

On the remote admin team, we need strategic thinkers, proactive doers, and customer centric, team-oriented individuals to deliver concierge level support and services for our customers. As a member of the access management team, you will use your skills to process incoming access requests, support users, and your team with access troubleshooting, and organize and streamline processes to support efficient workflows. You will also have an opportunity to build Relationships and gain knowledge through cross team collaboration required workflow.

What you will do:

Working with your team, take full ownership of resolving Access Tickets submitted. Both access request and access issues.

Prioritize supporting your team through collaboration, communication, and educational opportunities to support access issues reported.

Participate in level one phone coverage, which supports password, access, and general inquiry support items.

Partner regularly with appropriate teams to build and maintain access process knowledge base.

Roughly 25% Active Directory, majority of provisioning is in individual applications owned by the customer

Only about 20 to 25% automated. The rest is manual access provisioning on customer owned applications.

Team is run like a concierge service. Expectation to pick up the phone to get issues resolved as opposed to email and chat support when possible.

What you will have:

Proven helpdesk experience

Proven security coordinator experience

Intermediate administration of Windows based operating systems

Intermediate Apple iOS administration and support

Active Directory user administration

Basic level administration of centralized systems for risk, mitigation, and monitoring. (Anti-virus, Bitlocker, windows, patching, intune and M365 services)

Strong customer service and analytical skills

Must be results oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent, verbal written, problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and management skills
