Overview

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Sr. eCommerce Accounts Manager. Reporting directly to the VP of eCommerce Marketplaces, the Sr. eCommerce Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving sales, and implementing strategies to optimize the online retail experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain relationships with key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all ecommerce-related inquiries.

Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to increase sales and profitability for assigned accounts.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to execute ecommerce initiatives.

Coordinate product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales.

Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Stay informed about new ecommerce technologies and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Prepare regular reports and updates for management, summarizing key metrics and achievements.

Skills & Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of experience working directly with online teams at major retailers such as: Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon, and others preferred.

E-commerce platform management

Fully understands a P&L and the ecomm specific financial transactions that impact profit

knowledge of different sales channel and how to sell into different brands

E-commerce platform management: preferred experience with Amazon Vendor central and/or Amazon seller central

Managing budget and agency who built and executed campaigns

Marketing paid media or PPC campaign management and execution

Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and sales strategies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Work cross-functionally with peers in brand marketing, product development, sales, and operations teams to determine the product assortment, catalog and promotional programs within each channel's marketplace and media programs.

Experience in consumer brand/product manufacturing or related industries

Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRM systems.

Physical Requirements:

Remaining in a seated position for long periods of time

Standing is to remain on one’s feet in an upright position without moving about

The ability to alternate between sitting and standing is present when a worker has the flexibility to choose between sitting or standing as needed when this need cannot be accommodated by schedules breaks and/or lunch period

Lifting and transporting items that could weight up to 25 pounds

Entering text or data into a computer by means of a traditional keyboard

Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken work to impart oral information to clients and talent and convey detailed spoken instructions to other workers accurately and quickly

The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds such as in person and telephone

Clarity of vision to see computer screens and workspace
