Project Manager

Our client provides comprehensive environmental services, including 24-hour Spill Response, Tank Management, Soil and Groundwater Remediation, and Waste Transportation in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and execute residential and commercial projects in Maryland and DC, including vacuum truck services, tank removals, tank cleanings, industrial cleaning, non-hazardous waste hauling, and emergency spill response.

Prepare bids, obtain permits, and handle key project elements for successful completion.

Track and maintain projects using HubSpot.

Collaborate with operations and executive teams throughout project life cycles to manage budgets and scopes of work.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Uphold ACE standards and industry reputation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (Environmental Science, Biology, or Chemistry preferred)

Knowledge of HubSpot preferred

Experience in construction or residential project management preferred

Valid driver’s license and/or DOT medical card

Minimum of 3 years’ experience

Ability to work in various weather conditions and navigate construction sites

Compensation: 80k - 100k
