We are looking to hire a Abandoned Mine Lands Remediation Engineer (EIR Engineer 3) to work in our Pittsburgh, PA office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design and management of all aspects of abandoned mine reclamation and/or acid mine drainage treatment projects.

Interfacing with state and federal regulatory agencies.

Report writing and review.

Minimum Requirements:

Civil or Environmental Engineering or similar degree.

5 -15 years of professional experience with abandoned mine land reclamation design and permitting.

Technical Requirements:

Professional Engineer licensure or ability to obtain licensure in PA and WV required.

Understanding of Pennsylvania and West Virginia regulations is a plus.

5 - 15 years of relevant experience with abandoned mine lands reclamation and/or acid mine drainage treatment and design.

Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.

Ability to occasionally travel to local and out of town project sites

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Valid Driver’s License.
