Responsibilities:

Manage IT helpdesk and ticketing system, addressing technical issues promptly and efficiently.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues for computers and peripherals

Maintain comprehensive procedures and documentation for technical support.

Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) system and deploy scripts for automation.

Provide proactive support for applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and others.

Assist in the rollout and management of Okta identity and access management solution.

Provide Wi-Fi Support for devices

Requirements:

5+ years experience in IT Administration in a Mac environment

Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in documentation and maintaining technical procedures.

Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Okta.

Scripting and automation experience.
