Paralegal (Hybrid)

We have an immediate contract position with one of our direct client.

Title: Paralegal (Hybrid)

Pay Rate:: $30-$32/Hour on W2

Contract duration : 18 months

Location: Rosemead, CA 91770

Description:

Day to day Responsibilities : work in regulatory, support team to legal. Supporting case teams and attorneys

This is a support role

Hearing support

discovery support

Works closely with Legal Admins

This role is reading, understanding documents, analyzing

Working out of multiple mailboxes

Assigned cases loads, case loads could be from 10 - 100 +

Data entry

High volume of phone work

calendar experience

Required Skills :

In house systems - SharePoint based

Microsoft Suite exp - must have

Ensure deadlines are met, follow up on deadlines - Very deadline driven

Compliance is critical

Confidential material, understanding of how to work with confidential information

Exp with handling sensitive information

QC checks

Knowing how to prioritize and manage time effective

Notes :

All training will be online, remote. There will be training buddies, there is a good 1:1 exp with training. real environment training.

Local candidates only

Open to candidates that are entry level

Good customer services

Some OT will be required, flexibility is key.

Interview : 2 panel, possibly two rounds of interviews.
