We are working on an exciting new role with the San Jose Sharks! This person would drive their digital transformation efforts, and oversee their organization's enterprise ecosystem.

The Enterprise Architect will play a crucial role in the organization's transformation towards adopting the Intelligent Enterprise in PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid cloud environments, serving as a bridge between the IT team, application owners, 3rd party vendors, and end-users.

You have exceptional interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, that is comfortable sharing ideas across functions, and with partners and vendors
What you’ll do:
Dive deep into our cloud platforms, primarily SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and other applications, to optimize performance and drive innovation across our organization
Lead the charge in evaluating and implementing new cloud technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives / challenges
Recommend and oversee the implementation of infrastructure and application enhancements to improve overall system performance
Act as a subject matter expert for cloud application users, collaborating with Training and Change Management teams to develop and maintain internal learning tools
Work with with users, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration between various cloud applications and systems
Implement best practices for secure and efficient data exchange across the application ecosystem
Monitor compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements Identify and address potential areas of risk or non-compliance
Own incident management and resolution for enterprise cloud application-related issues, in close collaboration with internal users and external technology partners
What you need to win:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of progressively responsible experience
5+ years’ experience in in cloud application management, architecture, or IT operations
2+ years of Enterprise Applications experience including System Analysis, Design, Procurement, Testing, Implementation, Documentation, Vendor Management, and License Management
Hands-on skills in SAP Basis, SAP BTP, S/4HANA Platform, and Cloud Technologies
Able to install and administer computer hardware, software and networks
Certifications in cloud computing, IT service management, or architecture, are a plus
