Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator converts a client’s Bill Of Materials (BOM) into a clean and comprehensive Nexus order.

Responsibilities

1. Performs accurate data entry for Nexus orders.

1. Performs accurate data entry for Nexus orders by:

Entering and updating rental orders into Nexus from lighting plots, client bid sheets, emails, BOMs, or other mediums with detailed accuracy.

Populating CL Bills of Materials with existing Nexus orders.

Converting a list of non-Official Rental Product Line (ORPL) equipment into an ORPL list (for example: changing cable and truss lengths to CL’s 8-foot standard from a 10-foot standard.)
