Associate Procurement/Operations Specialist

Our client is looking to fill the role of Associate Procurement/Operations Specialist. This position will be located on site in the Parsippany office.

Responsibilities:

Handle high volume of donor enrollments.

Obtain required follow-up information from donors and vendors to process enrollments.

Update client account information, process client documents – including donor and private enrollment forms, health screening questionnaires, extended storage agreements, termination agreements, etc.

Handle high volume of data entry for patient information.

Manage Electronic chart assembly.

Assist Operations group with back end procurement support.

Required Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.

Previous experience with medical documents, patient information and medical terminology is highly preferred.

Strong data entry skills.

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required for this position.

At least two years of related experience required.
