Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales of metal components to display houses and exhibit builders. The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting the company's products to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of metal fabrication.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and target display houses, exhibit builders, and related industries as potential clients.

Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals, establishing rapport and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the features and benefits of our metal components, effectively articulating value propositions and addressing client needs.

Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to close sales and secure new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends to sales management, leveraging CRM software and other sales tools.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our products, build brand awareness, and expand professional networks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling metal components or related products to display houses, exhibit builders, or similar industries.

Strong understanding of display industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to clients.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.

Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
