Our company is expanding and looking to bring in proven Rockstar talent from the aftermarket aviation industry. The opportunity of Sales Director will come stock with a salary plus uncapped commission. As Sales Director, you will have a crucial role in supporting Skytop Aero’s plans of Growth.

The leads are practically endless with the ability to work with almost anyone in the commercial

Job Requirements:

· 3+ years experience in the Commercial Aviation Industry

· Experience with aviation software: Avsight, Quantum, Pentagon, ILS, AeroXchange

Relocation packages available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities will include:

· Focus on increasing and managing sales functions

· Cultivating new accounts – Airlines, MROs, Brokers, Distributors

· Pushing stock materials to customers

· Bringing new opportunities to Skytop Aero

· Offsite visits to customers, vendors, and partners. Conferences, Golf Outings, other Events

Other notable details:

· Compensation will include a base salary with commission incentives.

· Must be a self starter with the ability to produce sales

· Position is onsite based in Boca Raton with the opportunity to travel and work from home when applicable.
