Responsibilities:

Demonstrated leadership skills in effectively leading both small and large groups of technicians.

Proven ability to organize project communications, deliverables, and workflow efficiently, including organizing all project communication and documentation, documenting project materials and deliverables, and organizing and monitoring project milestones for effective schedule management.

Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including liaising with Project Manager regarding manpower and material needs, effective communication with clients/customers and other trades on the jobsite, monitoring project schedule, milestones, and providing progress updates, and attending and contributing to internal and external project meetings.

Familiarity with MS Office suite and other relevant software applications, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Bluebeam.

Possession of advanced industry/manufacturer certifications/trainings, including but not limited to Forte Trainings, Audinate/Dante Levels 1-3, QSYS Level 2, Crestron 101, SHURE Level 2 certification, and in-depth understanding of audio concepts such as audio DSP configuration and system tuning.

Proficient in troubleshooting Layer 2 networking issues, including networking, IP conflicts, Firewalls, and Routing.

Ability to track and document red line drawings accurately.

Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting audio systems.

Mastery of tasks at a master level.

Proficiency in Plan Grid and other construction-related software.

Willingness and capability to push back on other trades effectively and professionally when necessary.

Ability to resolve conflicts both internally and externally.

Skilled in creating a team atmosphere conducive to success.

Requirements:

OSHA 30.

CTS or CTS-I

Must possess at least a high school diploma or GED equivalency

Formal education in electronics or a related field preferred

Excellent experience with audiovisual or other electro-mechanical installation techniques, or field servicing.

Experience working in public places (schools, city/state offices, etc.)

Industry certifications (Panduit, Systimax, BICSI, etc.)

Valid driver’s license require
