At Justin Alexander, we’ve experienced a strong period of growth as the direct result of increased productivity. To continue this trajectory, we’re searching for an IT associate to support our Operations Team. This person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by sustaining systems health, implementing tech solutions, and ensuring project success. This teammate should have proven success in data/systems management with a special focus on IT infrastructure enhancement. This role is within our Operation's IT Department and reports to the Director of Information Systems.

General:

Manage onboarding processes, including creating IDs in different systems

Provide IT support, troubleshooting connectivity issues, peripherals, hardware, software; documenting the process from identification to resolutions

Provide regular reports on issues status & resolution progress

Execute support ticket mechanism to track open and closed tickets; reporting on as well

Configure and Lock PC’s and Phones

Continuous health of our systems and integrations

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability

Systems:

Maintain the Sharepoint Environment: space, use, access, etc.

Provide support for users in various systems including - HelpDesk, Microsoft Suite, Microsoft 0365, Exchange Online, Sharepoint

Work with External support to test server security, back up capabilities and network stability

Maintain security groups in active Directory, exchange, calendar access, email address, groups, and distribution lists in 0365; conducting regular audits as needed

Manage all data integrations across company systems/tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an IT support role

Proven experience in data/systems management and IT infrastructure management

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Suite, including Office 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint with the ability to manage SharePoint environments including space management, user access, and usage monitoring

Experience with helpdesk support and ticketing systems

Experience in maintaining security groups in Active Directory and conducting regular audits.

Proficiency in managing and configuring PC’s

Strong troubleshooting skills for connectivity issues, peripherals, hardware, and software

Experience with server monitoring, backup management, and network support

Knowledge of data integration across company systems/tools

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Team-oriented with a proactive approach to IT support and maintenance

Salesforce experience is a plus!
