Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel on labor and employment matters.

Draft and review employment agreements and contracts.

Handle employee relations issues and disputes.

Stay updated on labor and employment regulations.

Represent the company in legal proceedings.

Advise on corporate governance and transactions.

Requirements:

JD degree and CA bar admission.

2-4 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of labor and employment law.

Litigation experience preferred.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
