Your Role:

As a Staff Digital Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design and development of next-generation digital subsystems. You will work from concept to mass production, ensuring our devices meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and develop digital and DSP IP blocks within our mixed-signal ICs

Verify your designs in a directed test environment and support UVM verification efforts

Support tape-out and post-silicon activities, including validation, characterization, and production test

Mentor junior engineers and lead small teams

Your Qualifications:

MS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience or PhD with 3+ years of experience in digital system design

Working knowledge of Verilog RTL language

Expertise in digital design flow from architecture, RTL design, verification, and synthesis

Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Digital Signal Processing (DSP): Strong DSP skills, knowledge of high-level modeling tools (e.g., Simulink, Matlab), and experience implementing IIR and FIR filters.

Microprocessor & State-Machine: Expertise in microprocessor and complex state-machine development, including ARM processors, buses, peripherals, etc.
