We are seeking an experienced Program Manager who can ensure uninterrupted acquisition of parts and sustainment support for the systems that will be employed to counter-small unmanned aerial systems (I-CsUAS) across all Marine Corps installations. Ensuring consistent parts support and preventing the introduction of counterfeit systems, components, parts, software components, or materials is of the utmost importance. Reliable defense life cycle management support and preventing the acquisition of counterfeit or suspect counterfeit items will be key to a secure supply chain for this program. This team member will ensure system sustainment acquisitions are in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Department of Defense Instructions (DoDI).

Responsibilities:

for all aspects of acquisition to include development, testing, system integration, production, fielding, sustainment and product improvements.

life cycle sustainment acquisition management of key defensive systems that will protect Marine Corps installations worldwide.

the planning, development, and execution of lifecycle product support for major complex systems that encompass new and emerging technologies, i.e. radars, cameras, command and control systems, UAS disabling capabilities, etc.

for intensive product support management to support complex, major weapon systems from initial fielding through lifecycle sustainment.

product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, inventory requirements and positioning of sustainment parts.

and ensure implementation of corrective actions and changes to the product support strategy to reflect new/changing requirements, technologies, or risks to the supply chain.

with adjacent departments to stay abreast of pending Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) that could lead to integrating new suppliers into the I-CsUAS supply chain.

with Supply Chain Risk Management personnel to ensure vetting and continuous monitoring of new suppliers and make recommendations for improvements and changes to the supply chain.

continuous liaison and monitor collaborative planning with pertinent military users, Marine Corps Installations Command MCICOM) staff and other agencies to render advice and counsel on assigned management activities.

resource planning, cost estimating, programming, budgeting, program integration, interoperability, and oversight.

the development of life cycle documentation for assigned projects and funds.

and present information decision briefings and support Program Objective Memorandum (POM) planning, cost estimating, budgeting, program integration and oversight.

Security Clearance:

US Citizenship required

Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret

Education and Experience:

Degree

years of program/project management experience in acquisition planning and programming

of two years’ experience on Federal programs/projects, within the last ten years

tracking and monitoring cost, schedule and performance of programs/projects

level 2 certification or FAC-P/PM certification desired

certification desired

preparing analytical status reports of trends or problems as indicated by data and developing products that enable key leader decision-making

Preferred Additional Skills:

Ability to work with senior level staff members at the individual Marine Corps Base and Regional Marine Corps Installation levels.

Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Sharepoint).

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
