Job Title: Product Owner/ Business Analyst

Location: Plano, TX 75024

Duration: 12+Months

Shift: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $63/hr

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end requirements management, from gathering to implementation.

Design and optimize processes.

Engage stakeholders and manage expectations.

Document requirements and facilitate reviews.

Manage JIRA epics and support technology partners.

Assist User Adoption Team and handle escalations.

Requirements:

5+ years of Product Owner experience

3+ years of experience in transformation initiatives and process re-engineering.

Understanding of Financial Services and Anti-Money Laundering processes.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Prior experience with Pega Client Lifecycle Management or AML KYC systems.

Familiarity with Agile/SDLC and Waterfall Methodology.
