As an Inside Sales Representative you'll have the chance to establish and cultivate meaningful connections with both existing and prospective customers. Your role involves delivering exceptional customer service, selling home protection plans, and coordinating on-demand repairs and maintenance. We are actively seeking sales representatives who are enthusiastic about upholding and championing the company's values by embodying optimism and a strong work ethic.

REQUIREMENTS

· Highschool Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is desirable).

· Minimum of 1 year in sales experience.

· Minimum of 1 year in customer service roles.

· Flexible availability required between 7am-7pm CST.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Delivering outstanding customer service via inbound calls.

· Aiding customers with inquiries related to relocations, initiating/terminating/transferring utility services, and addressing billing matters.

· Recommend and sell cost-effective residential solutions such as water, electric, and sewer protection plans.

· Effectively work with customers to provide the best solution for their situation.
