Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Research Associate to bolster our Clinical Pharmacology Lab team. Your primary role will be to spearhead PK and ADA assays using ELISA SoftMax Pro and MSD platforms. Additionally, you'll take charge of assay validation, tech transfer, and development, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Material management using Freezer Pro software and maintaining GLP compliance will also be key aspects of your responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead PK and ADA assays, ensuring strict adherence to protocols and SOPs.

Drive assay validation, tech transfer, and development initiatives to maintain industry standards.

Manage laboratory materials effectively through FreezerPro software, including inventory tracking and ordering.

Maintain meticulous records of experimental procedures, results, and data analysis while troubleshooting assay issues as they arise.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support research projects and mentor junior staff as needed.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry advancements to contribute to assay development and optimization.

Assist in preparing regulatory documentation and participate in audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on clinical pharmacology or bioanalytical assays.

Proficiency in running PK and ADA assays using ELISA SoftMax Pro and MSD platforms.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

Thorough understanding of GLP regulations and regulatory guidelines.

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.

Onsite work is mandatory.

Language Ability

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills to connect with internal and external CROs.

Math Ability

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Strong scientific, medical, and analytical abilities with innovative, solution-oriented style.

Computer Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Proficiency with email required.

The hiring pay range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 per year based on skills, education, and experience relevant to the role.
