Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity Moneris is looking for a Director of Product - Digital Experience to oversee the product life cycle management for a portfolio of mass market digital solutions and online portals focused on enabling commerce for Canadian businesses.

You will lead and inspire a team of Product Owners responsible on enhancing our competitive position in the rapidly changing payments industry by shaping Moneris products to meet our customer's needs.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the VP, Core Products & Strategy.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do Set a clear vision for the Digital Experience Family Roadmap and develop business cases for introducing new functionality and retiring outdated or redundant features Perform the role of Family Product Owner in agile teams You will define and prioritize product requirements that form the Product set within the Digital Experience Family Lead Senior Product Managers & Product Managers who oversee the product life cycle for individual product teams within your portfolio and work with important partners to develop new products and features Lead a product team by providing strategic direction, building roadmaps, and collaborating with multiple teams to develop solutions and go-to-market activities Partner with other Product Management teams to ensure that gaps across portfolios are reduced and that Roadmap items are aligned against any Product gaps that may exist Work with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, go-to-market approach and identifying new markets and segments for our solutions Maintain visibility to project scopes, schedules, and cost implications associated with new products or releases Responsible for aggregate Product P&L and measuring the success of products in the Digital Experience Portfolio Your Moneris Career - What you bring Bachelor's degree in Business/ Commerce/ Marketing or a related field is required or equivalent work experience.
