Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity You will be accountable for SMB e-commerce account revenue growth, account retention and client satisfaction for newly boarded customers with Moneris.

The primary role is client success management to grow and retain accounts with a growing book of business and acquire new customers working jointly with our sales teams.

In addition, you will do video selling and presenting new solutions to both existing and new prospect merchants.

The role is within the Moneris National Sales Centre, inside sales channel, working alongside the Moneris Online sales team, website creation team, and other general and specialized sales teams.

With Moneris' digital strategy, you will also provide regular feedback to existing our teams, including marketing, product, sales, and project.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, IB Solution Sales Your Moneris Career - What you'll do Manage new e-commerce merchants that have on boarded within the first 30-60 days with the goal of driving customer retention, revenue growth and satisfaction achievement targets Create relationships with our e-commerce merchants with regular cadence using phone, email, virtual sessions, product demonstrations to advance the relationship and expand e-commerce solution adoption Provide internal sales demos to customers as a website/restaurant SME (Subject Matter Expert) Upsell and cross-sell to enhance client's solution to drive value-added solutions Grow revenues and seek opportunities to find new merchants through referral selling and campaign call outs Provide excellent customer experience and manage customer attrition· Achieve CSAT (customer satisfaction score) targets Utilizing a consultative sales approach, consulting with clients, to ensure that they receive all applicable payment solutions for their business and uncover needs for our VAS solutions Develop business relationships with these SME clients to ensure a strong, long-standing relationship and ensure that regular account reviews are done with all of the key stakeholders Working with the RBC and BMO Partner teams and clients to drive e-commerce distribution Provide thought leadership for merchants and our teams (e.g.
