Job Description
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Diagnose trouble, disassemble, and determine the extent of repairs necessary.
• Make up repair parts, and replace defective components.
• Perform necessary welding and sheet metal operations involved in repairing equipment.
• Perform PMs as needed.
• Occasionally direct an assigned helper.
• Maintain the work area in a neat and orderly manner
• Observe safety rules and wearing of prescribed protective clothing or items.
Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in related discipline required, plastics manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Mechanical comprehension as well as a strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical applications, and blueprints
• Programming knowledge of PLC systems such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.
• Robotic experience as well as vision detection systems
