Description:
As a Manufacturing Operations working with our bottles at Arcadia Beverage, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth flow of our beverage production process. Your role will involve handling bottles throughout various stages of manufacturing, ensuring they are properly inspected, sorted, and prepared for filling. You'll be responsible for monitoring the quality of bottles, identifying any defects or abnormalities, and taking corrective actions as necessary to uphold our product standards.
We currently have two positions available: Second Shift (2pm - 10:30pm) and Third Shift (10pm - 6:30am)

Requirements:
What You’ll Do:
Safely maneuver around machinery as needed
Maintain a clean work area
Maintain OEE standards
Perform general cleanup and maintenance of your work area
Effectively communicate operational issues with Leadership Team
Operate the machinery in a safe and efficient manner
Follow and monitor all guidelines and procedures
Follow company procedures regarding safety and quality
Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels.
Must be able to stand, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
