Job Description

Kable Staffing is hiring Press Brake Operator in Batavia, OH. This position is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Safe and efficient operation of all equipment.

Program brake to accurately form parts per drawing and verbal instructions.

Create, edit, store, and retrieve CNC programs.

Be able to determine proper bend order to complete forming without collisions.

Perform set-up/run operations including tooling installation and checking program for accuracy.

Perform all required quality checks to ensure part accuracy and appearance.

Use the correct measuring equipment, tools and program edits to hold relevant tolerances.

Maintain and store all tooling, fixtures, and devices.

Optimizing each machine process to produce the most efficient and productive process possible.

Daily/weekly machine maintenance.

Participation in continuous improvement processes.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ yrs. operating brake.

1+ yrs. Programming.

Ability to read blueprints.

Ability to perform basic math skills (fractions, decimals)

Ability to convert metric to imperial.

Ability to lift 50lbs.

Must have own tools.

Experience with sheet metal and light plate.
