Staffmark is currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator for our logistics client in North Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you'll be tasked with delivering a top-notch professional client experience while operating in both warehouse and office environments. If you're tech-savvy and possess robust communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, this position could be the perfect fit for you!

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

As the Client Services Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary liaison between the client and our team. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with various issues, addressing inquiries, investigating and resolving a wide range of client questions and concerns utilizing multiple systems, and positively providing solutions. Lifting requirements for this role are up to 20lbs. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Support client relationship by becoming an extension of our client's business

Build strong rapport with partners by managing relationships, setting expectations, and status communication

Enter, review, coordinate, and track progress in all client-requested enhancements and issues tracking

Maintains service reports that are shared with the client

Participates and presents during client meetings

Supports new client implementations/enhancements as needed
