Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair all types of large HVAC systems including chilled water, water cooled, reciprocating and centrifugal systems including pumps, cooling towers, both pneumatic and digitally controlled
Perform installation, preventive maintenance and repairs on all refrigeration heating and ventilating equipment, control systems and associated computer control systems
Manage investigation for site infrastructure, resolve root cause, assemble, and analyze data and implement corrective action to reduce or eliminate cause
Maintain records in compliance with Environmental Protection Agency regulations while guiding efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems
Qualifications:
Two (2) or more years of prior operation and maintenance experience with HVAC and other physical plant equipment required
Valid EPA-608 Universal Refrigeration Certification required
Valid driver's license and ability to be covered by our auto insurance provider required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Associates degree in Specialized Technology (HVAC) preferred
Ability and willingness to work weekends when required and move items over eighty (80) pounds

Salary info:
$22 - $25 / hr
