Job Duties:
Input to the projects is likely to be varied but will include the requirement to:
The provision of technical / detailed design engineering services to the broader building services team and a responsibility for schematic design through construction documents to a range of external clients.
Delivery of detailed design across; plumbing and fire protection, ground sanitary/waste and rainwater drainage systems, below ground drainage, domestic hot and cold-water services, rainwater harvesting systems, black and grey water systems.
Showing technical mentorship and leadership to our younger engineers and graduates by supporting and encouraging their progression with us.Qualifications:
As an experienced Plumbing Fire/Protection Engineer, it is expected that you will
be able to demonstrate:
Experience of working in a P/FP engineering role and a broad design knowledge and experience of running of US building services projects
3-5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of using Revit or similar tools, and an in depth understanding of US and Pennsylvania plumbing codes
A self-starter, you'll have a confident, proactive and organized approach to your work, team and clients
A relevant Bachelor or Master degree is preferred
PE and a professional in ASPE or ISPE, with a LEED AP accreditation desirable
Ideally experience in the commercial sector.Must Haves:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plumbing and fire protection engineering roles, within the US building services industry.
Proficiency in Revit
In depth understanding of US and Washington plumbing codesBenefits & Perks:
