Corporate Communications & Public Relations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications and PR Manager to elevate our brand's

presence and articulate our vision to the global market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker

with a proven track record of managing media relations, corporate communications, advertising and

public relations campaigns. We are looking for a visionary who can craft compelling stories, nurture

media and press relationships, and drive communication strategies that resonate with our corporate

ambitions and style.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations and advertising strategies for our marketing

and corporate needs, aligned with their business objectives, to enhance brand visibility and

reputation.

- Actively engage with the marketing team and senior leadership to understand their business goals,

target audience, and key messages, translating them into compelling PR campaigns.

- Lead the creation of inventive and impactful PR campaigns, marrying creativity with strategic

messaging to position our brand at the forefront of the industry.

- Lead the corporate communications efforts, including the creation of thought leadership materials,

press releases, white papers, and executive communications that articulate the company's vision

and values.

- Stay up-to-date with industry news, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide strategic

insights and recommendations to clients.

- Act as a spokesperson and lead point person on media interactions that help promote and/or

impact the organization, and manage media inquiries and interview requests.

- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the corporate communications and PR functions including

budgeting and planning.

- Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders, becoming the go-to

contact for company information and messaging.

- Manage the flow of news about the organization to the media, ensuring that stories are accurate,

balanced, and appropriately reflect the company's strategic priorities.

- Oversee the company's digital communication including content for the website and social media

platforms.

- Engage audiences across traditional and new media, manage media relations, and monitor trends

in the media landscape.

- Coordinate case study productions, conduct interviews, write the case study and related articles

- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.

- Lead crisis communication planning and response execution, ensuring preparedness and the

protection of the company's reputation.

- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies using quantitative and

qualitative metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; a

Master's degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a public relations, media relations, or corporate

communications role within the high-tech or related industry.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful public relations strategies and

campaigns.

- Strong understanding of the high-tech B2B space and an ability to grasp and translate technical

capabilities into benefits is crucial.

- Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership to define messaging and strategy.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary range up to $170,000

The salary range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, skills, qualifications, experience, knowledge, location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
