Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in Emergency Room or Psychiatric nursing? We have an incredible opportunity for you!

**Community Program Project:**

Embark on an exciting journey with our new community program project. As an ER or Psych RN, you will be dispatched to patients' homes or the ER to assess mental health cases. Your role involves determining if patients meet the criteria for a 5150 hold, facilitating ER transfers when necessary, and providing valuable resources and safety plans.

**Competitive Compensation:**

We value your expertise and commitment. Earn $50/hr with an additional $100 for each callout after 30 weekly worked hours. You can easily make $80–$90 per hour with multiple calls possible during a shift. Your dedication deserves recognition, and we ensure your compensation reflects that.

**Flexible Shifts:**

Choose the hours that work best for you! We are looking for RNs to cover shifts from 4 pm to 7 am, including all-day availability on Saturdays and Sundays. Design your 40-hour workweek to suit your lifestyle.
