Hiring Sales, Marketing, and Production Associates

Job Description

Valhalla Tactical is well-known FFL-7 / SOT-2 seeking candidates able to wear multiple hats. We are looking for a very detail-oriented individual who could grow with us and run the business.

Support for the 2nd Amendment critical. A passion for competitive sport is a plus. Veterans welcomed with both arms open.

* Candidate must be self-starter and able to accomplish tasks without supervision. Ability to demonstrate time and task management is required.

4 day workweek! Preferred work schedule is Mon-Thu, 10am to 7pm but schedule can be flexible. (Yes, you get long-weekend every week!)

Primary Responsibilities will vary based on the position you are seeking - we can use help on any of these areas!

• B2B Sales - hunting new accounts and maintaining dealers

• Social Media Marketing (including Content Creation)

• Manufacturing (Operate CNC machines, assembly, packaging)

• Warehousing (QC, pick/pack/ship, inventory control)

• Engineering (CAD/CAM work on multi-axis CNC milling centers)

Required Qualifications:

• Detail oriented! (Demonstrate by telling us your favorite ice-cream flavor.)

• Minimum High School Diploma / GED 5+ in conjunction with prior work experience

• Prior experience within the field you are seeking

• A positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines

• Pleasant, professional etiquette

• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees (especially for candidates planning to climb rapidly)

• Mechanical or electrical engineering background

• Experience in any CAD/CAM software

• Logistics, 3PL, or other advanced warehousing experience

• Documentation skills (Microsoft Word, photo taking, some basic desktop publishing)

• Ability to travel occasionally for company events (once or twice a year)

Note: Compensation is task-based with highly motivational pay structures. Sales position will earn commission.Company Description
