Job Title: Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk/Accounting Specialist

Pay: $23.00 to $25.00 and hour (based on experience)

Location: Frisco, TX 75033 (Must reside 10-12 miles from work location)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Description: The Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk/Accounting Specialist is a key player on the financial support team. This role is responsible for accounts payable maintenance, purchase order processing, tracking purchasing confirmations, providing purchasing verification and validation, documenting inventory adjustments, providing vendor relationship support, performing file audits, and provide other clerical support necessary.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner

Verify and reconcile vendor statements

Ensure all payments are made on time and accurately

Maintain accurate records and files

Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong math and accounting skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in construction industry preferred

2+ years experience in accounting

Bilingual Spanish/English

Education/Experience: High School Diploma
