Job Description: Onsite Server (Full-Time, Mon - Fri)

Reports To: General Manager

Andro’s Rostilj is looking for high caliber servers in Cambpell, Ca that are passionate about food and working with a team of professionals. We're revolutionizing the way high-end food is prepared and delivered to corporate clients. We believe that good food should taste amazing and be convenient, diverse, and healthy. We are a talented group of chefs and servers, along with a few Business people, who are changing the way companies provide lunch for their employees.

Primary job responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for serving and packaging menu items to guests in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.

Provide a high level of customer service and promote a personal chef style dining atmosphere.

Assist the onsite Chef with preparation and packaging of themed meals, special events, banquets, breakfast service, and dinner service.

Record onsite production and consumption figures relating to food prepared onsite.

Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices.

Work closely with the Account Managers, and General Managers to keep clients satisfied with our food program.

Uphold highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation through proper cleaning and sanitizing of all serving areas, prep areas, cargo vans, insulated food carriers, carts, and other items used for service

Review the daily menu and allergens.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout entire shift

Must be able to move continuously inside the offices to kitchens and client sites

Must be able to constantly position self to maintain equipment and supplies

Other duties as assigned by management

Manage serving large groups quickly through attentive service.

Ensure all service and food items are accounted for and loaded in the van properly, prior to departing the kitchen facility.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.

Ability to work well under intense time pressure.

Excellent emotional control in a fast-paced environment.

Current ServSafe Handler certificate.

3+ years experience as a server in a high volume establishment.

Must be able to lift 50+lbs throughout the shift

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Must be comfortable driving catering vans daily.

Must meet COVID19 Vaccination requirements for onsite client facing positions
