Role & responsibilities
Identifying clients requirements and offering the best suited project to clients
Attending & Arranging site visit with Clients.
Generating new sales by approaching potential clients
Reaching the Monthly targets and Sales goals.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
Experience in Channel Sales- Sourcing.
Desired Candidate Profile-
Graduate or Post-Graduation (MBA preferred)
Candidates should have experience in sales (Real Estate- Sourcing & Closing).
Candidates with 4+ years of experience in Real estate sales are preferred.
Good English communication skills and fluency in English
Prepare and maintain daily report
A customer-oriented and professional attitude
Preferred candidate from developer firm.
Exp- 4+ yrs
Salary- up to 18 lac!
