About Axis My India

Axis My India is a leading consumer data intelligence company focused on providing insights and solutions to businesses and organizations across India. AMI’s research led consulting approach has led to a collaboration with Google Cloud to build a People Empowerment Platform (PEP). This platform aims to connect underserved Indian citizens to the right government welfare schemes and sources of income. It is designed to work in 13 Indian languages and be voice enabled.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap for the PEP, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Performance Tracking: Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate impact.

Technical Collaboration: Partner with the engineering vendor team to prioritize features, manage sprints, resolve technical challenges, and ensure seamless product delivery.

AI Innovation: Oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies, such as voice-operated chatbots, multi-lingual chatbots, AI summarization, content creation, and recommendation engines, to enhance user experience and drive engagement.

Cross-Platform Excellence: Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of new features and functionalities across web, mobile, and voice interfaces.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications, to facilitate understanding and adoption.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the SaaS or consumer tech industry.

Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and experience leading Agile teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

User-Centric Focus: Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices, with a passion for creating intuitive and delightful user interfaces.

AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience building and launching AI-powered products and features, such as chatbots, summarization tools, or recommendation engines.

Technical Acumen: Familiarity with AI technologies, such as natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, as well as web and mobile development frameworks.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced AI Experience: Experience with AI summarization, content creation, and recommendation engines.

Market Knowledge: Understanding of the non-English speaking Indian user

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Passion for innovation and a desire to make a significant impact on underserved citizens of India, in line with the mission of the company.
