Business Lead (Insurance Business) - CTC Upto LPA

We are currently hiring for "Business Lead - Insurance" with a leading Technology (SAAS) organization based out in Noida.

He/She will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a vertical comprising Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Ecommerce, and Health and driving revenue and profitability, overseeing a team of business managers and delivery leads, and ensuring the vertical's overall success.

Job Responsibilities:-

Define and execute the strategic direction for the vertical.

Develop and communicate a clear roadmap for achieving business goals.

Establish and maintain thought leadership in the industry.

Manage & Drive 50-100 Cr annual revenue and profitability.

Collaborate with the operations and sales team to optimize processes and improve net margins.

Key Requirements:-

8-10 years of experience in leading and managing verticals within the relevant industries (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Ecommerce, Health).

Strong background in data-driven decision-making and consulting.

Demonstrated success in driving revenue and profitability

Strong pedigree IIT/ IIM/ BITS passout.
