Sr Sourcing Executive - Apparel

SENIOR SOURCING EXECUTIVE).5-7 Years’ Experience

· To ensure the styling, workmanship and fit of all samples, find solution to problem regarding bulk order as well as upgrade supplier knowledge to secure production quality.

· To have regular connect with vendor in can coordinate for Fit, PP within the timelines so that the delivery schedule is intact.

· To be the one-point contact between for the Vendors for all QA related issues.

· To conduct risk assessment of all samples at the initial stage.

· Check workmanship, measurements, fitting & identify the problems or potential problems on offer style samples.

· Strengthen the co-operation with the sourcing spocs & Buying team to secure the best product for bulk production.

· Analysing the VM & Buying feedbacks on the quality and fits.

· Preparing Spec sheet.

· Arranging Pattern and share to the vendor.

· Co-ordinating with the vendor and giving solution for any vendor queries.

· Implement the System in New vendor and existing Vendor.

· Review Proto, Fit and PP sample and giving comments

· Fitting with Model and advice the technical Issues with designer and Vendor

· Freeze the Block pattern

· Doing vendor visit and monitor ongoing production and cross check with our Block.
