Position: Management Trainee

Experience: 0-1 Year

Qualification: BE (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical) + MBA (Marketing/Sales)

Location: Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

They will be responsible for generating enquires in India region- development of the prospect pipeline through identification and focused research.

They will have to work very closely with the sales team to support in research.

They will be responsible for more than one territory and preparing & executing sales strategies to achieve personal and team targets.

They will have to update the prospect database and generate alternate contacts.

They will be responsible to cultivate prospects till they are converted to qualified leads.

They will have to respond to online sales requests (with quick turnaround) with relevant Customer specific requirements.

They will have to strategize in cross functional campaigns which are conducted by Business development and Marketing teams.

They will have to stay up to date with the latest industry trends, developing competition watch, competitor analysis &positioning against them.

They will have to propose or evolve a development plan for the sales area.

They will have to negotiate, validate and follow commercial objectives and implement commercial strategy.

To prospect with potential clients for new development opportunities.

They will have to analyze the economic and commercial performance levels for all products – Cadison, VPID, E&I electric designer.

To compare real results and establish an action plan.

Required Skills and Experience:

0 - 1 years’ experience in sales in Engineering Design Software / Solutions Company is preferred.

Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and ready to handle sales targets.

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English and active listening is a must.

Strong Business Acumen and Attention to detail.

Ability to execute mail campaigns.

Familiarity with the latest tools and automation technologies (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Good Knowledge of MS tools and effective use of CRM.
