Role

Responsible for Identification, on-boarding & managing of strategic partnerships with digital aggregators/ NBFCs / Financial Institutions through referrals and platform tie ups

Drive partnerships, AUM growth, revenue, manage partner relationship and business penetration and own the complete P&L

Strategy formulation and designing programs /products / solutions aligned with organizations risk-balance framework and consumer segment

Work internally with Stakeholders (Risk, IT, Ops, Finance, Legal, Compliance) for setting up the Operational Processes / SOP

Setup Partner governance mechanisms for periodic reviews, policy changes, scope expansion

Qualification & Experience

Preferably MBA / CA

5-8 years years in NBFC/Banks/Fintech, having led partnerships, digital sales, strategy, product and business development initiatives.

Deep understanding of Lending products (secured/unsecured/other lending products)

Has handled digital sales, strategic partnerships, within NBFC/Fintech ecosystem
