Recruiter / Talent Acquisition (construction consultancy)

Currie & Brown is currently looking for a Recruitment expert who can provide support to the organization to improve the overall effectiveness of the department. The successful candidate will assist the Head of People – India. Being part of a wider global recruitment team, you will also have a reporting line into the Group Head of Recruitment. The recruiter’s primary responsibility will be recruiting for our Delhi-based measurement center, which supports the global business.

Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:

Recruitment experience in sourcing, talent mapping and conducting pre-screening candidate interviews.

Sourcing candidates for the Delhi based measurement centre.

Ideally experience in sourcing Quantity Surveyors / Senior Quantity Surveyors

To deal with the Technical Team leaders for better sourcing of candidates.

To provide the resources on an on-going basis within the timeline given.

Provide regular recruitment updates to the management team.

Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to proactively identify recruitment opportunities and challenges, specifically within the construction consulting sector.

Requirements:

Minimum of two years of work experience in a recruitment related role is must.

Working in the Construction industry would be preferable.

Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel etc.)

Communication skills (English & Hindi)

Ability to make decisions and handle the work efficiently.

To achieve the targets in terms of recruitments.

Familiar with job portals like Naukri.com / LinkedIn etc. (proficiency in both is must).

Experience of Global Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
