FUNCTION: Global Marketing

LOCATION: Mumbai, India

JOB TYPE: Permanent

GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

Plan, own and execute digital campaigns to build strong digital presence and improve ROI.

Setup robust digital systems to improve efficiency in marketing and sales functions.

Enable the sales and marketing functions to utilize the available IT ecosystem effectively.

Ensure periodic business performance reporting and analysis.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

Digital Marketing:

Build and execute digital marketing strategy to maintain brand awareness in the core segments

Plan and execute campaigns to generate awareness on product benefits and promotional schemes

Leverage data-driven campaign analytics framework into campaign executions

Function as a point of contact between campaign analytics, marketing and product teams

Configure IT ecosystem to ongoing campaigns, maximize effectiveness of available IT resources

Provide technical feedback on causes for errors regarding, e.g., website campaign designs and suggest actionable solutions

Support execution of the marketing strategy and customer engagement programs.

Setup robust digital systems (S3, PE360 App, Loyalty automation, D365 CRM, others):

Own and manage the IT systems required for smooth and accurate flow of business information

Identify enhancements required in the IT systems based on business requirements

Collaborate with IT partners/vendors regarding future system design and development

Manage the country web and social media resources in alignment with global policy

Drive adoption of digital systems:

Support the adoption of technologies and drive cultural change within the organization by creating awareness, organizing training, and developing educational material

Lead workshops to inform and train sales and marketing teams in available tools and capabilities

Business Analysis and Marketing Support:

Setup dashboards on PowerBI, Excel as per business requirements, own the data accuracy

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to facilitate periodic business reviews

Analyse data from campaigns, primary vs secondary sales, marketing programs, etc. to generate actionable insights leading to improved business performance.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

Qualifications & Competencies

Preferred academic degree: Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, IT, or business information.

5+ years' experience in business and marketing management with focus on digital domain

Experience of working with technical teams and IT systems

Excellent business acumen, start-up experience valued

Demonstrated success in project management

Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365), digital tools for business planning and sales reporting

Strong quantitative ability, data-first mindset

Advanced Excel skills preferred

Ability to drive results in a multi-stakeholder setup

Strong analytical ability to breakdown complex business problems and design structured process/solutions

Willingness to work extensively with sales and operations teams to execute strategies
