Job Title: Senior Manager/AVP Global Solutions Lead – Infrastructure

in solution design & end to end handling of RFPs/RFIs/Proactive deals with responsibilities for Solution Architecture, Innovation & technology consulting in the infrastructure management & cloud service areas.

should be a manager grooming a team of young solution specialists as well as should act as an individual contributor (with very less supervision & guidance)

quickly understand the services of the organization, engagement model etc. and should be a quick starter – proactive in all activities.

IT Infrastructure Services requirements for customers and design appropriate cost-effective services/solutions

Design dealing with all components of an IT Infrastructure, Transition & Transformation (Technology & Services)

recommend, architect and implement Services solutions to enhance the IT Infrastructure Services.

technical solution documents, effort estimates and market competitiveness of solution.

to build and propose transformational services to customers, identify triggers, identify key IT Infrastructure issues which impact the business and make recommendations to customers.

and develop business case, provide relevant and sound business & technical advice to the customer and present the same to various stakeholders within 3i.

competition and develop appropriate winning sales strategies

maintain, and publish a set of written procedures and best practices for the delivery of pre and post sales services to customers.

Competency Skills:

experience in working for a Tier 1/2 Technology Services Provider or major Cloud Services provider in a solutioning role

in the Solutioning Process lead by 3rd Party Advisors

experience leading, costing and implementing large complex Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO) pursuits, with a large technology transformation component i.e. workload migration to Public Cloud, data center consolidations, etc.

proficiency creating business willing solutions aligned with key market growth areas; Public/Hybrid Cloud, Cyber security

ability to communicate (written & verbal) effectively and to influence at CxO level

and/or Certification: AWS - Solution Architect, Microsoft - MCSA/MCSE would be advantageous

What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role:

MBA (will be preferred), BE/BTech approx. 10 - 15 years of experience in technology, preferably with experience in leading design and architecture assignments portfolios. Minimum of 5+ years in a solution / infrastructure / technical architect role

Key Skills:

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with excellent project & time management skills.

Excellent analytical and execution skills

Proven ability to work effectively from home, being able to network effectively in a remote environment, and ability to travel/come to office when required for internal workshops, meetings.

Very ‘hands-on’ person with highly productive individual contributor output along with team building skills

Should be able to handle pressure and long work hours, if necessary

Should be able to join within a month time
