Job location: Noida

Experience: 8 to 15 years

Technical Requirements:

The developer should have 7-10 years’ experience in Python, Bash and Ansible.

The developer should have good hands-on knowledge of Ansible AWX

REST, HTTP Protocols, Networking & Linux Commands

Basic understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, GIT, CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of AWS cloud is a must.

The developer should be capable of debugging issues in MSSQL and have good hands-on experience.

Developer should have good hand-on on Prometheus, grafana, snmp.

Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.

Must have experience working in customer operations.

Must understand ITSM process and tools/integrations.

Must have prior knowledge on Networking Technologies (eg. Routers, Switches, Firewalls, SDWAN, Wireless, Routing and Switching protocols etc.)

Good hands-on on Network Virtualization or Virtualized software’s and cloud environments such as Esxi, Azure, AWS, GCP, open-stack and dockers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Gather requirements for automation ideas, building business cases.

Conduct detailed analysis of processes to be automated with business and communication of requirements with Developers.

Provision data for compliance project checks.

Support Developers during meetings and communication with internal stakeholders, etc.

Write user documentation and facilitate wide usage in international department.

Work within Scrum agile methodology - creation of user stories, active participation on ceremonies.

Validate data inputs and deliverables for accuracy and consistency while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Actively promote a continuous improvement culture that has sustainable impact on performance and Customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in Python/Ansible

5 + years in Ansible AWX

Experience in Networks preferable

Experience in Ansible Tower preferable

2+ Years in MSSQL

Experience with conducting requirement analysis and business case creation.

Experience with process documentation and improvement, automation, including robotic process automation.

Basic experience with databases and reporting tools.

Demonstrate a working knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

Understanding of basic programming concepts and development lifecycle.

Experience with automation projects.

Ability to learn quickly and work well in team environment.

Good to have Knowledge on

HTML, CSS, Java Script, SQLDB, C#.

Cryptography

VB, Perl, Selenium Scripting.
